I was taught by Angela and James and prior to the lessons, I had no idea how to drive. After only 4 lessons, I completely mastered parallel parking and making smooth turns. If you want to pass road test easily, I highly recommend James in h&h driving school!!!

James was a very good instructor. And I passed in Newark on my first try. I highly recommend James if you have to prepare for the Newark driving test. This is a 5 star driving school

Mubashra is amazing!!! I did not practice at all and went to the driving test just because I was unable to reschedule it online and my permit was expiring. I took just one hour class with her before my test and I passed in my first try!!!! Her parallel parking tricks were perfect and I cant thank her enough. If theres anyone who is scared to drive like myself or is not confident and needs to learn the basics, I would definitely recommend taking classes with her. Once again, thank you :)

I would definitely recommend this place if you are new to driving. James was a very patient instructor, and taught me everything I need for driving test in detail : 3-point turn(K-turn), parallel parking, switching the lane at right timing, and driving in general. Thanks to his guide, I passed the road test at Newark in my first attempt. Their another instructor, Evelyn, really helped me a lot to get used to do parallel parking and making turns too.

James was a wonderful instructor. I learned everything I needed to know and passed my road test on the first try. Definitely would recommend this school to anyone who wants a quality driving course.

Instructor James at this driving school can teach someone completely new to driving to pass the road test in as little as 2 hours. He knows how the test works and teaches you how to pass each portion of it in detail. Listen to every word and ask questions on parts that are still unfamiliar he will take the time to explain everything thoroughly. I would have never passed without his help and I would specifically ask for him if I had to.

Read full review checked how well I could (or couldnt) drive. He often changed his seat with me to model how to do hand-over-hand turn or k-turn. Unlike the instructors from other driving school, he did teach me with all his heart. During every lesson, James was carefully observing what my weakness was. Then he kept teaching me the skills that I needed to learn STEP BY STEP until I master them. He respected his student with all his heart, and he knows exactly what your weakness is. He will help you to master the skills successfully before you take your road test. My road test was taken on a rainy day, and I was so nervous. But, James kept calming me down while focusing on teaching me the significant skills. My weakness was parallel parking, and James was an expert who taught me how to parallel park in 2 simple steps!! James is not only warm and encouraging but also extremely professional. I passed my NJ road test on my first attempt today. You would be super thankful to James after taking your road test :)

The best driving school in Bergen County, specially the instructor James Lee! He is really a good person who dedicates efforts in understanding the students nature and style. He observes you closely and gives candid feedback on your strengths, but then, he also tells you bluntly about how bad you are at something! Read full review on the left hand side of the road! Luckily, it was a quite road, but more than that, he was calm and patient to get me back on the right side. Throughout the training he kept working on reducing my anxiety, giving clear guidance as well as repeating it tirelessly to make me unlearn my driving in India & focus on driving here in New Jersey, which, surely helped me gain confidence to drive here. First time I failed the road test for I was too nervous, but the second time I cleared it. Credit goes to James for he did everything to help me stay calm by saying that how amazing this Lodi center is, the inspectors are good people, dont be nervous (he even helped me do breathing exercises)! The extra practice on k-turn, parallel parking, back-up and many left & right turns and the drive on the high way got me more confident before the test!
