Very good school. I had Alexa as my teacher and was more like my mom teaching me. Very patient and kind. The day of test I was nervous and she assured me I know what to do. I did just that and pass my road test. Thank you. I m Nadia/ baby angel is my screen name.
I live in a neighborhood where they constantly practice. They practice in the same exact place; week by week, day by day, and consistently cause traffic hiccups and almost hit parked cars and pedestrians which happens at the direction of the instructors. If there s a way to spread the area of practice so the kids and neighbors who live here get a break that would be nice. The instructors themselves are mean and seemingly territorial. They do not own these roads and they need to learn to spread their area of coverage to give the neighbors a break.
The customer service part of the company has to improve. I appreciate the low cost of renting one of their vehicles, but let customers know ahead of time what to expect. I didn t like the fact that I had to take an Uber home from a DMV that is over 30 minutes from home. If I m paying to rent a vehicle for a day, then the least that could be done is to take me back to your office location. Letting me know ahead of time I could have arranged a ride with a friend or family member vs a last minute issue...
and now I have to Uber home. The service of the company is 5 stars. The customer service is 1 star. So this driving school gets 3. Also, what was supposed to be $130 for the rental turned into nearly $220, with everything else. Be mindful of the money hunger.
