Lastima no pueda darle las 5 estrellas que dicen tener,al llamar buscando este tipo de servicio me salio una señora diciendome al contestarme que (resumiera )sin antes darme ni las buenas tardes,cuando le dije dos veces buenas tardes para ver si recibia esa misma frase de cortesia que no cuesta nada me colgo,llame para atras pensando que se habia caido la llamada y me volvio a salir pero senti esta vez otra voz,le dije señora alguien me salio muy apurado diciendome que resumiera y me dijo si fui...
yo que soy la dueña y le dije señora muy mal por usted y por su negocio pues no esta en Cuba,me contesto sino te gusta ve al de la esquina que aqui en Miami esto esta lleno de escuela.esta fue mi experiencia en este lugar ,menos golpe y mordida otros tipo de maltrato verbal.gracias que esto fue solo en la llamada y no llegue a iniciar con ellos

I was about to go and call this place, but by watching the owner respond comments only got me mad, hey Lady whatever your name is you really do need to get some customers service skills.

If I could give 0 stars I would do it without hesitation. I just spoke with Lianetta Perello (12:13 PM), the owner of this site, I cannot imagine this lady handling this place with professionalism. I just asked about what courses or services were included in their fee, and this Lady could not yell more at me than she did. She did not allow me to explain myself she just screamed and told me I should get a Traffic Coyote. This is by far the ruder and more unprofessionalism treatment I have gotten in this country.
