If I can give them 0 I will !!!! Do not go there big scammer!!!! I went there !!! I pay them 2800$ plus to be like vip costumer to teach me good and with priority but it doesn t work I will in a morning and Been waiting on the line like everyone else so some one pay 1200$ for the school and I pay 2800$ plus so there is no vip or priority!!! They just want to take your money and that s all !!! And only 0.01% speaking English which is shameful!!!! I ask for my money back and been calling them but of course they won t give u money back !!! So guys there is other CDL schools Miami area who really will take care of u and teach u the proper way!!!

I do not recommend this school. I signed up for the unlimited class, they promised to teach everything required to safely operate a commercial vehicle and to provide a certificate of completion. During school they only taught, pre-trip, very limited backing, very limited parking and then they put you on a 45-minute road test. Thankfully I had experience driving so I passed but once I finished and attained my CDL, they went back on their word. They didn t give...
me the certificate of completion and they left out a lot of necessary components of the education. Just about every single Trucking company I ve spoken to has denied me an opportunity simply because I went to this school and their training is not adequate! The school is not accredited and not recognized by any trucking company. I eventually had to find a more adequate school to learn the components under the hood, the uncoupling and other requirements needed to safely operate a commercial vehicle according to DOT standards. Yeah the people are nice in the office but being nice is not enough to get you where you re trying to go in this career. Transparency is better. You are better off spending your time and resources at the CDL School or Miami Lakes Tech which are recognized and accredited trucking school. Don t waste your time or your money with these scammers at Metropolitan Trucking. It s not worth the headache.
If you like to follow the teachers as if you were in Cuba, this is your school, the attention is terrible, the teachers are more attentive to the phone than the students, they paint everything very nicely for you, you pay for the VIP and after payment, no one guides you to what to do or where to go the treatment of the staff is terrible!!
I called yesterday to ask for general information about the CDL classes and the girl that answered was extremely helpful and really informative about all the process and pricing (everything pretty much the average 3k-4k). I explained my boyfriend didn t have a great English and she told me there wasn t a problem with that. Today, I came by the office and a Dominican guy attended us, asking directly if we had a job already on hand and if he had a good English level. He said the only package they...
offered was for 9k and that included a job. Told us there was and EXTREMELY DIFFICULT test in English (proceed to show us a 3 page document) which honestly was pretty hilarious and send us home to study English for six months and come by after that. We barely could speak. We felt so bad for his condescending attitude that we just left. I ve been on three different schools today only and this is the only one we ve been set up with this requirements or treated this way.
