Premier Driving School Sunnyvale

I had a very good experience with premier driving school. Instructor Richard is very patient, thorough and friendly which helped since I was pretty nervous about driving. He always gave tips for driving safely, answered my questions on what to do in different road situations, and also specifically covered the details you need to pass the driving test. Expect the summer schedule to be tight so schedule in advance. Overall my experience with premier driving school was great and would recommend it to anyone who needs a car and a patient and effective instructor to nail the exam.

I highly recommend both Premier driving school and specifically Richard. I feel like Richard is one of the people that found what it is they were meant to do - which is to teach. Apart from being a very nice, calm, and considering instructor, he made sure to always share his knowledge with me. Even as an experienced driver, I feel like each time with Richard was accompanied with tips that were worth their weight in gold, and were definitely the main reason I passed my driving test on the first attempt. I undoubtedly recommend Richard to any driver with any level of experience.

Like many others have shared, Richard is an amazing driving instructor to learn driving with! His guidance is straightforward and effective, which makes each lesson very worthwhile. We also benefited from the driving schools drive test package, where Richard accompanied me to take the road test (he stepped out of the car when I took the test itself). Navigating the DMV is a stressor for me, so having someone who knows how the road test goes was a big weight off my chest. I was pretty nervous going into the test, but through conversation with Richard during the wait for my turn, I definitely relaxed a lot, and by the time it was my turn to test, I felt grounded. Highly suggest this driving school and Richard :)

I took several lessons with Premier Driving School, and Richard was my instructor. I highly recommend talking lessons with Richard! He is extremely detail-oriented, professional, calm, gives clear feedback, and is willing to work with you until you feel confident and safe. Every time I took a class with Richard and then drove independently, I would feel more confident each time. Richard has a great teaching structure and knows how to build things up gradually. They are always booked in advance, but the wait time is worth it! Thank you, Richard, for all your hard work and patience.

I was a first time driver when started behind the wheel training with Premier Driving schools instructor Richard. Richard was recommended to me by the school, as English not my first language I needed a clearly spoken instructions. I was very nervous to began to drive, but Richard reassured me and in very short time he helped me to build knowledge and confidence in driving. I am very thankful to him for his patience and friendliness that putted me in ease. Richard takes his job very serous, he is punctual, honest and cares about his students great deal. I had an EXCELLENT experience with instructor Richard and Premier Driving! Richard was always positive, very patient and explained driving situations and scenarios in a way I could understand and immediately apply. He also gave me room to develop autonomy in my driving while feeling safe at all times. Thank you SO much Richard for helping me overcome my fear of driving and for giving me tips not only for the test but for the road too!! Definitely recommend Premier Driving school, Michelle was also wonderful in scheduling my lessons to work with a busy Stanford schedule. If you are looking for a school with a professional attitude, an effective teaching method and awesome people, Premier Driving is the place to go!

Highly recommend this school. Very organized and professional. I contacted Premier Driving School for my wifes driving lessons. She being a new driver with no driving experience was very nervous about driving but she was able to pass the test in the first attempt. Richard is a great instructor and very polite. He is patient and very helpful. Definitely helped my wife to gain confidence behind the wheel. We also spoke with Andrea and she also has been really helpful and prompt in answering our questions and scheduling appointments for the driving lessons. They usually are booked at least a month in advance, you might want to plan the lessons ahead. But they are definitely worth it.

The best driving instructor ever one can have. Richard is the best!! He keeps you calm and composed throughout the driving lesson. Even if you are a beginner, he will keep you composed and go through the basics to get the best out of you. I had some prior driving experience but driving anxiety and prior bad experiences with grumpy driving instructors made me nervous. With Richard, he kept me confident and whenever I made any mistakes, we would discuss it. I passed my Behind the Wheel Test in the first attempt all thanks to him. He is pretty busy so it s better to call a month in advance and book your dates with him.

We will be signing our son up here. Richard was super helpful explaining the process and taking time with me on the phone. Feel reassured that my young driver will be in good hands. UPDATE: Both my boys now, 3 years later, have gone through driving with Richard. Hes on time, a great mentor and my boys both enjoyed driving with him and learning the ropes. Highly recommend. 5+ stars!

My son, Adam, had a great learning and driving experiences with Premier Driving School. Richard is an outstanding instructor, knowledgeable, nice and patient.
